Bea's testimony IS A NOTICE OF PUBLIC ENDANGERMENT. The low frequency wave forms that break double strand DNA and causes thickening of sack around the heart and thickening in the alveoli of the lungs!. These are frequency you cannot hear but are scientifically proven to harm life.
He is absolutely correct when he speaks of us flaring off gas in West Texas while claiming that the Permian Basin doesn't have enough electrictiy. Transmission lines do not add one kilowatt to the energy needs of Texas. Our Texas natural gas can and generate it where it is needed.
The impact of theses lines is damaging to any landowner but to those who have smaller than 1000 acres, the 200 ft easements has a greater percentage of damage that is greatly felt by the landowners.

The "Eyes of Texas are Upon You! Governor Abbott!"
You've got something that's four times the size of Big Tex that's going to be like this, that's going to be flashing blinking red lights, 1,800 miles dissecting our entire state. This isn't a landowner issue. This is the whole state of Texas, and this will be your monument as legislators, 200 feet tall, 1,800 feet long.

Dr. Laura Pressley's testimony and her submission of data as an intervenor in her SOAH PUC dockets and in this hearing is to be considered NOTICE OF PUBLIC ENDANGERMENT. She presents reputable studies showing the increase of childhood leukemia and Alzheimer's for people within the 1800 ft. blast zone of the high voltage lines. If the path is approved, the lines will be 30 feet from her front gate.
The blast zone of 1800 ft should be the easement area that the state is required to compensate landowners for since this area will be deemed unusable. If the state does proceed, they should be held liable for premeditated assault on all life forms in these path ways!

In 13 years of testifing before committes, stating testimonies will stop at 8:00 pm, I had never seen that. I really didn't believe Chair King would do that. Over 82 people waiting over 12 hours to testify on the impact these 765 lines will destroy their livelihoods and the hazards to all life forms

Alteranating the panels between invited and public testimony was good, however the aspect that invited testimony pretty much took as much time as they wanted is so unfair especially with the notice that the hearing will stop at 8:00 pm. It was the people, who are directly impacted who were deprived of their time that is part of due process. This should not be allowed. If people are registered, they should be heard.

Listen to this man, these 765kV lines will stand as a monument, "That is twice as tall as the Lincoln Memorial" to Governor Abbott who failed to uphold the constitution to require his appointed PUC commissioner to uphold due process before the takings of property.
